Dispatch Assistant

Job description

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Dispatch Assistant. The ideal candidate will ensure timely and accurate dispatch of pharmaceutical goods while maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory standards. Preferred only immediate joiner

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Pharmacy.
• Pharmaceutical industry background is mandatory
• Working knowledge of ERP software (preferably used in pharma or healthcare supply chain)
• Strong analytical and calculation skills for managing product batches, expiry dates, and movement data
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Ability to work independently and handle regulatory documentation with accuracy
