Draftsman

Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Draftsman to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate technical drawings, layouts, and plans based on project specifications and design requirements. You will collaborate closely with engineers, architects, and project managers to ensure designs meet technical standards and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed drawings and plans using AutoCAD and other design software.
• Revise and update drawings based on feedback from engineers or architects.
• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, codes, and standards.
• Maintain drawing files and documentation systematically.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely completion of design deliverables.
• Conduct site visits (if required) to gather data or verify dimensions.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Draftsman (preferably in healthcare, construction, or MEP fields).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit or other design software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
