Early Career Trainee - Order Management

Job Description Summary This role is a two-month summer internship designed to support Order to Remittance (OTR) projects, ensuring a focused and compliant execution of Order Management activities. The intern will work closely with the OTR teams, gaining hands-on experience in operational processes, data accuracy and cross-functional coordination while contributing to ongoing projects and daily transactional support

Job Description Key Responsibilities

• Support OTR (Order-to-Remittance) projects by assisting with order processing, tracking and documentation
• Ensure accurate and timely execution of Order Management activities in line with company policies and compliance requirements.
• Assist in monitoring order flow from entry to fulfilment, identifying discrepancies or delays
• Maintain and update order-related data in ERP or order management systems
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Sales, Logistics, Finance and Customer Service to support smooth order execution.
• Prepare basic reports, trackers and dashboards to support project visibility and operational reviews
• Participate in process improvement initiatives and support ad-hoc operational tasks as required

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
