MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB To support the HR service delivery model as part of a benefits service offering in delivering HR related transactional and administrative tasks to employees, line managers and the HR community through the use of self-help, ticketing, telephonic and technology resources. To engage and manage 3rd party benefit administration.

KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS

  • Support employees and HR Community with relevant human resource requests and enquiries
  • General administration and service delivery of fringe benefits for Mediclinic employees
  • Engage with external 3rd party providers regarding ad-hoc promotions and benefits for Mediclinic staff

Required Education

  • Relevant Degree from an accredited institution

Required Experience

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in a HR related role within a Healthcare environment or similar environment
  • High Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • High proficiency in communication, presentation and service orientated
