Due to the nature of this role being in a high-demand, hard-to-fill location, we are particularly seeking candidates with reliable availability across weekday AM and PM shifts (3–4 days per week) .

About The Role This is a permanent part-time relief pool position , offering flexibility and variety. While hours are ongoing, there are no set shift patterns —shifts are allocated based on your availability and operational requirements, including covering annual leave, sick leave, and other roster gaps .

As An Enrolled Nurse, You Will

• Assist in assessing residents and developing care plans
• Provide high-quality care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse
• Monitor resident wellbeing and report any changes
• Maintain accurate documentation and clinical records
• Perform clinical tasks within your scope of practice
• Support and supervise care staff
• Contribute to positive care outcomes for residents

What We’re Looking For

• Current EN registration in Western Australia
• 6 months EN experience in aged care
• Strong understanding of aged care standards and scope of practice
• Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary, person-centred team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for building relationships with residents, families and colleagues
• Reliable weekday availability (AM/PM shifts, 3–4 days per week)

About The Facility Karri & Tuart Lodge is a refurbished 110-bed Residential Care Centre located in Merriwa. We provide permanent, respite and secure dementia care , supporting residents with a wide range of care needs.
