Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and strategic support within a fast-paced healthcare environment. The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on matters related to the Office of the CEO.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality .

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (required).
• Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting C-Level Executives.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical organization is highly preferred.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of professionalism and discretion in handling confidential information.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a leadership team.
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat.
