Female Front Desk Receptionist -UAE Experienced

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have prior experience working in a UAE clinic environment and possess exceptional customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, Filippines preferred
• Manage patient appointments, scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Handle phone calls and email inquiries, ensuring clear and timely communication.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Coordinate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth clinic operations.
• Assist in administrative tasks such as filing, office organization, and inventory management.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Front Desk Receptionist in a UAE clinic (mandatory).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Good-looking, presentable, and well-groomed.
• Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and clinic management software.
• Fluent in English
