Requirements
- Previous experience working in a dental or medical clinic
- Excellent English communication skills
- Professional and friendly attitude with patients
- Ability to handle phone calls and patient messages
- Good organizational and customer service skills
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and assist patients
- Reply to patient messages and inquiries
- Schedule and manage appointments
- Welcome patients and provide excellent customer service
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
