About Us:
Sultan Al Olama Medical Center Group is a well-established healthcare organization with multiple branches across Dubai, providing high-quality medical and aesthetic care for over 16 years. We are seeking a Finance Executive / Finance Manager to join our growing team and oversee the financial operations of our medical centers.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple branches
• Prepare, analyze, and present monthly financial reports and cash flow statements
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and cost control processes
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and DHA requirements
• Handle accounts payable, receivable, and payroll coordination
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders
• Provide financial insights to support management decisions and strategic planning

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in finance/accounting, preferably in healthcare or service industries
• Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, payroll, and accounting standards
• Proficiency in Tally, QuickBooks, or other accounting software
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multi-branch operations

Preferred Certifications:
CPA – Certified Public Accountant (internationally recognized)
ACCA – Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (UK)
CMA – Certified Management Accountant (ideal for internal finance roles)
CA – Chartered Accountant (India or equivalent)
