Job Overview

We are currently seeking an experienced and driven Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will serve as a key member of our financial leadership team. As Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic insights to support sound financial decision-making across the organization.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations such as budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial reporting.
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with applicable standards and deadlines.
• Monitor and analyze financial performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
• Coordinate external audits and ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations.
• Support strategic planning and decision-making by providing financial analysis and business insights to leadership.
• Manage relationships with external stakeholders such as auditors, banks, and regulatory bodies.
• Supervise and mentor accounting staff, promoting continuous professional development.
• Utilize ERP systems (e.g., Oracle, SAP) for financial data management and reporting.
• Ensure accurate and timely tax filings, payroll processing, and statutory compliance.

Candidate Requirements

• Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Public Accountant (CPA) preferred.
• Proven experience as a Finance Manager, Finance Director, or in a senior financial leadership role.
• Strong proficiency with ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a collaborative approach.
