Role Description

This full-time, on-site Financial Planning and Analysis Manager role is based in Jeddah. The responsibilities include developing and managing financial plans, budgets, and forecasting processes, as well as conducting in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decision-making. The role involves creating financial models, analyzing variances, and identifying opportunities for cost optimization and revenue growth. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, the manager will provide actionable insights and ensure financial strategies align with organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Expertise in Financial Planning, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes
  • Strong Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills with attention to detail
  • In-depth understanding of finance principles and practices with strategic thinking ability
  • Proficiency in financial tools, software, and advanced Excel skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications like CFA or CPA are a plus
  • Proven ability to handle multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to articulate financial insights effectively
  • Experience in the healthcare or related industries would be an advantage
