Fractional Chief Financial Officer (Strategic CFO) – Healthcare

Location: UAE,India (Hybrid/Flexible)

We are seeking an experienced Fractional Chief Financial Officer (Strategic CFO) to support our growth, financial restructuring, fundraising, and implementation of robust financial systems.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Finance

• Develop and execute the company's financial strategy.
• Prepare annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and business plans.
• Build financial models for expansion projects.
• Improve profitability and optimize cash flow.
• Establish financial KPIs and management dashboards.

Fundraising & Investor Relations

• Lead fundraising initiatives with banks, investors, and financial institutions.
• Prepare investment memorandums, financial projections, and pitch decks.
• Participate in investor meetings and negotiations.
• Manage due diligence and financial documentation.
• Maintain investor reporting and communication.

Cash Flow & Treasury

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly cash flow forecasts.
• Manage working capital and liquidity.
• Develop debt restructuring and repayment strategies.
• Optimize banking relationships and financing options.

Financial Systems & Controls

• Implement accounting and financial reporting systems.
• Establish internal controls and financial policies.
• Design approval workflows for procurement and expenses.
• Improve inventory and asset control systems.
• Ensure timely MIS reporting.

Business Performance

• Analyze revenue, expenses, and profitability by department.
• Monitor operational KPIs.
• Recommend cost optimization initiatives.
• Support expansion feasibility studies and financial planning.

Compliance & Governance

• Oversee accounting, VAT, audit, and statutory compliance.
• Coordinate with external auditors and consultants.
• Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations and healthcare industry standards.

Requirements

• Qualified CA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, or MBA (Finance).
• Minimum 10 years of senior finance experience.
• Previous experience as CFO, Finance Director, or Fractional CFO.
• Healthcare, hospital, medical center, pharmacy, or home healthcare experience is highly preferred.
• Proven experience in fundraising, banking, investor relations, and financial restructuring.
• Strong expertise in budgeting, forecasting, financial modelling, cash flow management, and ERP/accounting systems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• UAE experience preferred.

Compensation
