Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Freelance Therapist/Psychologist. The professional in this role will conduct virtual counseling sessions, provide psychological assessments, and deliver ongoing mental health support to clients across diverse geographies. Day-to-day responsibilities include reviewing AI-generated insights, developing treatment plans, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with the broader care team when escalation or multidisciplinary input is required. The role also involves using digital tools to monitor client progress, ensuring adherence to evidence-based practices, and providing care that is culturally sensitive and ethically grounded. Scheduling is flexible, allowing the therapist/psychologist to manage caseloads in alignment with their availability while meeting platform standards for responsiveness and quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Psychology and Mental Health, with the ability to apply evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
  • Clinical skills in Counseling and Psychological Assessment to support a wide range of client needs.
  • Relevant education in Psychology, Counseling, Clinical Social Work, Medicine with a mental health focus, or related field; advanced degree or licensure preferred.
  • Active professional license or certification to practice therapy/psychology in one or more jurisdictions, where applicable.
  • Experience providing remote or telehealth services, with comfort using digital platforms and AI-supported tools.
  • Strong communication skills, cultural competency, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care.
  • Ability to work independently, manage a part-time caseload, and maintain confidentiality and ethical standards.
  • Prior experience in employer-focused mental health programs, integrated care, or digital health environments is a plus.
