Front Desk Officer – Dental Clinic (JLT, Dubai)

Location: Dental Oasis DMCC, JLT Cluster C
(2‑minute walk from DMCC Metro Station)

Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and personable Front Desk Officer to join our patient‑focused dental clinic. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and will play a key role in managing appointments, communication, and clinic coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointment scheduling and patient records
• Handle inbound/outbound calls and WhatsApp queries
• Coordinate with clinical staff for smooth daily operations
• Follow up on treatment plans and sales inquiries
• Maintain Google Business Profile and respond to reviews
• Support marketing and outreach efforts when required

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic knowledge of Google tools (Maps, Reviews, Business Profile)
• Sales follow‑up experience is a plus
• Prior dental or healthcare front desk experience preferred
• Knowledge of marketing on Google & Meta platforms is an added advantage
• Candidates with their own visa are required

⭐ INSURANCE & CLAIMS REQUIREMENTS (MUST‑HAVE) ⭐

• Knowledge of dental insurance claims submission and approval workflows
• Ability to coordinate with TPAs for pre‑approvals and claims follow‑ups
• Strong command of English and Arabic; additional languages are an advantage

Working Hours

12:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: Thursday

Salary

AED 3000 – 4000
(based on experience and skills)
