Job Description

We are currently seeking a well-mannered and professional Receptionist to join our Wellness Centre (Branches in Dubai and Abu Dabhi). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and prior experience in a salon or wellness environment.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English (mandatory)
• Chinese and Arabic are a strong plus
• Chinese-speaking candidates are encouraged to apply

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to)

• Answering phone calls and scheduling client appointments
• Greeting, welcoming, and assisting clients professionally
• Generating client invoices through the system and collecting payments
• Data entry of patients and clients into the system
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized reception area
• Supporting the team and contributing to overall operational efficiency

Requirements

• Previous experience in a salon, spa, wellness, or physiotherapy center
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 2,000 – 3,000 per month (based on experience & language skills)
