Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Arabic Speaking Group Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing initiatives across the UAE and GCC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare product marketing and solid experience in the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) industry. This role requires a dynamic leader who can drive brand growth, develop marketing strategies, and support business expansion across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives
• Lead marketing campaigns for healthcare products and RCM services
• Manage brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and identify growth opportunities
• Oversee digital marketing, social media, content, and advertising initiatives
• Collaborate with sales and operations teams to drive lead generation and conversions
• Manage marketing budgets and track ROI and campaign performance
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and partners
• Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing team across multiple business units

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or similar leadership role
• Strong background in healthcare product marketing
• Experience in the RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) industry is an added advantage
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, and project management skills
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in marketing tools and reporting
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree is a plus
• Certifications in Marketing
• Experience working in the UAE or GCC market

Yearly flight ticket allowance provided by the company

Visa and Insurance will be provided by the company

Pay: Up to AED30,000.00 per month
