About the Role

Kingston Education Training Centre is seeking an experienced Human Resource Management (HRM) professional with teaching or training experience to deliver engaging and practical training sessions. The successful candidate will help learners develop essential HR knowledge and workplace skills aligned with current industry practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver interactive classroom training sessions, workshops, and practical case studies in Human Resource Management.
• Teach core HR topics, including recruitment and selection, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, HR policies, labor laws, and HR best practices.
• Incorporate real-world examples, group discussions, role plays, and practical exercises into lessons.
• Assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
• Prepare and deliver training materials that support effective learning.
• Create an inclusive, engaging, and professional learning environment.

QualificationsRequired

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in Human Resource Management.
• Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment practices, and workplace policies.
• Previous teaching, lecturing, corporate training, mentoring, or classroom instruction experience is required.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Preferred

• Professional HR certification (such as CIPD, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, PHR/SPHR, or equivalent).
• Experience delivering corporate training or professional development programs.
• Knowledge of GCC/Qatar labor laws and HR practices is an advantage.
• Experience using HR information systems (HRIS) is desirable.
