JOB SUMMARY

As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Head of HR to lead our Human Resources department in Dubai. This leadership role, reporting directly to the CEO, requires a balance of strategic vision, operational excellence, and problem-solving expertise.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end HR strategy, policies, and initiatives while building a robust HR function to support organizational growth. The role offers significant decision-making authority to set new benchmarks in HR management and aims to make FRH one of the best places to work in the UAE.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Strategic HR Leadership:
  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with organizational goals to enhance business outcomes.
  • Manpower Planning & Budgeting:
  • Oversee workforce planning and budgeting to ensure optimal staffing levels.
  • Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
  • Lead recruitment efforts, from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
  • Training & Development:
  • Design and implement effective orientation programs and employee development initiatives to upskill talent.
  • Performance Management:
  • Manage a robust Performance Management System (PMS) to align individual and team goals with organizational objectives.
  • Compensation & Benefits:
  • Design and implement competitive compensation, benefits, and reward programs to attract and retain top talent.
  • Attendance, Payroll & Compliance:
  • Ensure accurate payroll processing and compliance with UAE labor laws and relevant regulations.
  • Exit Management:
  • Streamline exit processes, ensuring smooth transitions while maintaining compliance and employee satisfaction.
  • Policy Development:
  • Establish HR policies, procedures, and initiatives to promote a positive and compliant workplace culture.
  • Regulatory Knowledge:
  • Stay updated on local laws and maintain relationships with government entities, including DHA, MOH, HAAD, MOPH, Labour, and Immigration.
  • JCI Compliance Expertise:
  • Ensure compliance with Joint Commission International (JCI) standards, especially in the SQE Chapter.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree; MBA in Human Resources preferred.
  • Minimum 3+ years of HR leadership experience in:
  • Dubai/UAE/GCC markets.
  • The healthcare services industry (Home Healthcare experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in English (Professional-level); knowledge of Arabic is a bonus.
  • In-depth understanding of UAE labor laws and compliance standards.
  • Experience with JCI accreditation processes (knowledge of GCC regulatory frameworks is advantageous).
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
