Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Head of Treasury role based in Dubai. The Head of Treasury will be responsible for managing the organization's treasury operations, including cash flow forecasting, optimizing liquidity, and ensuring efficient cash management. The role involves developing and implementing hedging strategies, assessing financial risk, and maintaining relationships with financial institutions. Responsibilities also include providing strategic financial insights to support growth, overseeing compliance with financial regulations, and ensuring efficient utilization of funds.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Treasury Management and Cash Management practices
• Strong analytical skills with a focus on financial insight and decision-making
• Proficiency in Finance principles and experience with Hedging strategies
• Proven experience in leading financial initiatives and improving internal processes
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to manage stakeholder relationships
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role within the healthcare or related industry is advantageous
