Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for the Head of Treasury. The responsibilities include overseeing cash management, managing liquidity to meet the organization’s financial obligations, and developing strategic treasury initiatives. The role also involves implementing effective strategies for risk management, including hedging, supporting financial planning activities, and optimizing treasury operations to drive financial efficiency. The candidate will work closely with various departments, providing insights and recommendations on financial matters impacting business performance.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Treasury Management and Cash Management
• Strong Analytical Skills and experience in Finance-related roles
• Knowledge of Hedging strategies and financial risk mitigation techniques
• Proven leadership capabilities with the ability to manage and develop teams
• Relevant degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certifications like CFA or CTP are a plus
• Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Proficiency in financial systems and treasury management tools
• UAE Experience is Mandatory
