Hiring: Female PA and Social Media Videographer & Editor – Aesthetic Clinic

Role Overview

You will be responsible for creating engaging, high-quality content that drives customer interest and converts engagement into potential deals. This is a hands-on role combining creativity, communication, and client interaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit high-quality social media content (videos, reels, stories) using tools such as CapCut and Instagram.
• Maintain and update EMR (Electronic Medical Records) accurately and efficiently.
• Upload and manage content across social media platforms.
• Respond promptly and professionally to advertisement and social media enquiries.
• Engage with customers online and manage client relationships, ensuring strong conversion to potential deals.
• Assist the doctor with clinical operations and support daily clinic activities.
• Be present during customer visits and provide professional, client-friendly experience.

Work Structure

• 3 days in-office per week
• Remaining work can be managed remotely, depending on performance and outcomes

Requirements

• Proven experience in videography and editing (social media-focused)
• Strong understanding of content trends, especially in beauty/aesthetic space
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Professional, presentable, and customer-friendly
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Immediate joiners are required, and candidates must hold a valid dependent visa (mandatory requirement).
