Role Overview
IIQAF is looking for a motivated Hospital Administrator to join our dedicated team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site position is an excellent opportunity for individuals starting their careers in the Hospital/Health Care industry. As a Hospital Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our healthcare facilities and providing exceptional service to our patients.
In this entry-level role, you will assist with various administrative tasks, contribute to patient care management, and support our healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality services. Your efforts will directly impact the efficiency of hospital operations and patient satisfaction. We offer a competitive salary range of AED 8,000 - AED 9,000 monthly, along with a supportive work environment that encourages professional development.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing hospital administrative operations
- Coordinate patient admissions and discharges
- Maintain accurate patient records and databases
- Support billing and insurance processing
- Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues
- Collaborate with healthcare staff to improve patient care
- Participate in departmental meetings and training
- Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field is preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Basic understanding of healthcare systems and processes
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
