We're looking for a skilled HR and Admin Officer to help manage our human resources and keep our office in MUSSAFAH running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle end to end recruitment requirements of the company, including posting in job portals and social media (if needed)
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding of new hires and resigned employees.
  • Manage DOH and DHA Licenses of all health practitioners
  • Handle PRO requirements for all employees including but not limited to application and cancellation of employee visas and labour cards
  • Represent the company to various government agencies for trade license renewals and applications.
  • Ensure documentation are all complete and in proper order (Soft copy and hard copy)
  • Manage all admin payment requirements complete and done on time
  • Prepare payroll and ensure all supporting documents are complete prior to submission for approval

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience (UAE) in HR and Admin roles
  • Knowledge in UAE Labour laws.
  • Experience in Abu Dhabi visa and labour rules
