We are seeking a professional and proactive HR Executive to support the daily HR operations of the clinic. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, compliance, and maintaining a positive workplace culture aligned with the clinic’s standards and UAE labor regulations.

Healthcare and clinic experience in Dubai is highly preferable.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in the aesthetic, wellness, or healthcare industry.
  • Understanding of DHA licensing and healthcare operational requirements.
  • Ability to multitask and manage confidential information professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving and team coordination skills.
  • Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
  • Experience in healthcare, aesthetic clinics, medical centers, or hospitals in Dubai is highly preferable.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR processes.
  • Experience handling recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HR systems.
  • Professional appearance and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviews, and onboarding.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding, orientation, and documentation.
  • Maintain employee records, HR files, contracts, and confidential documents.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, DHA requirements, and internal company policies.
  • Handle staff attendance, leave management, probation tracking, and employee letters.
  • Support payroll preparation and coordinate with Finance regarding employee documentation and WPS requirements.
  • Assist in performance management processes, disciplinary actions, warnings, and employee relations matters.
  • Support visa, labor card, insurance, and licensing processes when required.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities, trainings, and internal communications.
  • Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and high standards of HR practice at all times.
  • Support management with HR reports, staff tracking, and operational HR requirements.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and organizational procedures.
