Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process (job posting, screening, interviews, offer letters).
  • Coordinate onboarding and induction for new employees.
  • Prepare employment contracts as per UAE Labor Law.

Employee Relations

  • Act as point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Handle grievances and disciplinary matters professionally.
  • Maintain employee engagement initiatives.

Payroll & Attendance

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime).
  • Coordinate with finance for salary processing.
  • Monitor leave balances and maintain accurate records.

Visa & Government Relations

  • Coordinate employment visa processing, renewals, and cancellations.
  • Liaise with PRO for MOHRE, immigration, and labor matters.
  • Ensure employee documentation is legally compliant.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee files and HR database.
  • Prepare HR letters (salary certificates, NOC, experience letters).
  • Track probation confirmations and contract renewals.

Performance & Training

  • Support annual performance appraisal process.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating programs.
