HR Recruiter

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle. The role involves sourcing, attracting, evaluating, and hiring qualified candidates to meet organizational workforce needs while ensuring a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. (looking for immediate Joiner)

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end Recruitment & Staffing processes
• Lead Employee Relations and resolve workplace matters effectively
• Design and coordinate Training & Development initiatives
• Supervise HR Administration and Leave Management processes
• Ensure full Legal Compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations
• Conduct HR Data Analysis & Reporting to inform decision-making

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Experience handling multiple open roles across functions
• Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
• Familiarity with MS Office

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
