Human Resources Business Partner

The Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic partner to leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to drive organizational effectiveness. This role involves ensuring compliance with policies, labor laws, and Ministry of Health regulations while leading talent acquisition, training, onboarding, and performance management processes in the assigned location/s. The HRBP is responsible for fostering employee engagement through satisfaction surveys and quality control initiatives. Additionally, this position requires effective leadership of HR teams across branches, supporting their professional development and ensuring consistent implementation of HR practices. The HRBP plays a critical role in manpower budgeting, payroll support, grievance resolution, organizational development, and cascading corporate strategies to enhance overall business performance.
Responsibilities
- Policy Compliance: Ensure HR processes comply with internal policies, labor laws, and regulations within specified timelines, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Leadership to HR Employees in Branches: Provide guidance and leadership to HR teams across the assigned branches, ensuring consistent implementation of HR practices, fostering collaboration, and supporting professional development.
- Talent Acquisition: Manage the recruitment process, ensuring roles are filled within agreed-upon timelines while maintaining quality candidate experiences.
- Training & Development: Recommend and facilitate the implementation of the approved training programs and ensure the delivery of all planned sessions within the scheduled timeframes to optimize employee development.
- Performance Appraisal: Oversee performance reviews, ensuring timely completion of appraisals and feedback to support employee growth and accountability.
- Employee Satisfaction Survey: Administer and analyze employee engagement surveys, ensuring results are delivered and actions are initiated within the set timelines to improve engagement.
- Quality Control: Monitor and ensure the quality of HR operations, delivering consistent services within designated timeframes.
- Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process, ensuring new hires are fully integrated and operational within the expected timeline.
- Offboarding: Manage the offboarding process, including exit interviews and documentation, ensuring all steps are completed within required timeframes for a smooth transition.
- Documentation & Filing: Maintain accurate employee records, ensuring that all documentation is filed and updated within compliance deadlines.
- Manpower Budgeting: Collaborate on manpower planning and budgeting, delivering workforce projections and budgetary insights within financial planning cycles. Ensure the continuous update of the Branch-level Organization Charts.
- Payroll Support: Ensure payroll-related data is accurately processed and any issues resolved within payroll cycle deadlines.
- Grievance Handling: Address and resolve employee grievances promptly, ensuring resolution within established service-level agreements (SLAs).
- Labor Law Compliance: Ensure all HR practices meet labor law requirements, providing timely updates and adjustments to meet compliance deadlines.
- Ministry of Health Compliance: Ensure timely compliance with Ministry of Health regulations, including securing and renewing necessary licenses within regulatory deadlines.
- Organizational Development (OD): Drive OD initiatives, ensuring project milestones are achieved within set timelines to support organizational growth.
- Corporate Strategy Cascading: Partner with leadership to cascade and implement corporate strategies, ensuring timely alignment of HR initiatives with business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited University or College.
- Minimum Seven years’ experience in HR/Personnel Management.
- Updated knowledge of Labor Law and Regulations in the Country of Operation.
- Fluency in: Arabic, English and using Microsoft programs is essential.
- Awareness of JCI Standards and any other National Boards for Health Care Accreditation Standards is preferred.
