Job Title: HR & Assistant to General Manager

Location: City Centre , Al Wahda, Sharjah

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with daily administrative and clerical tasks, ensuring smooth coordination across departments and excellent service for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support full‑cycle recruitment: assist in posting jobs on Indeed and other portals, screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate onboarding for new joiners.

  • Maintain and update employee records (HRIS/file system), including attendance, leave, contracts, and performance documents.

  • Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies, procedures, and SOPs in line with UAE labour law and company standards.

  • Coordinate employee onboarding, exit procedures, and basic HR documentation to ensure smooth transitions.

  • Provide direct administrative support to the General Manager: prepare reports, presentations, emails, and meeting materials; manage calendar and schedule appointments.

  • Act as a liaison between the GM and other departments, ensuring timely communication of instructions, updates, and decisions.

  • Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and internal official communications, including internal memos and circulars.

  • Assist in basic payroll and leave‑related coordination by providing accurate attendance and working‑days data to Finance.

  • Support HR initiatives such as training coordination, employee engagement activities, and internal communication campaigns.

  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive HR and management information at all times.

  • Provide Human Resources & administrative support in day-to-day operations of the centre.

  • Maintain and update documentation, records, and internal filing systems.

  • Prepare reports, correspondence, and data entries efficiently and accurately to be shared with the Board of Directors.

  • Manage scheduling, appointments, and follow-up communications with clients.

  • Support management in documentation required for Government or EHS-related submissions.

  • Uphold confidentiality and compliance standards in all administrative activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of Human Resource Experience preferably in a service-oriented organization.
  • Experience in EHS (Emirates Health Services) or other government-affiliated centres is an added advantage.
  • Strong communication skills in English & Arabic (Urdu is a plus).
  • Excellent computer skills (MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM familiarity).
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize work, and meet deadlines.
  • Professional, customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
