  • Prepares periodic reports for management, as necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment.

    • Participates in JCI /DOH/OSHMSM meetings and related activities.
    • Maintaining & Coordinating for employee medical Insurance.
    • Keeps employee records up-to-date by processing employee status changes application with new joiners, resignations, revised designations in a timely manner.
    • Assist and coordinate in scheduling participants into orientation / training sessions.
    • Tracks participants and training records
    • Enter training records into database and maintain it.
    • Develop and monitors employees’ satisfaction, evaluation and recognition as well as staff retention.
    • Ensure Medical Surveillance policy implantation and adherence.
    • Coordinate the Performance Management by supporting department heads to conduct 15 days, six months and annual employee appraisal.
    • Keep track of appraisal responses and update management with relevant reports.
    • Competency evaluation for all applicable staff as per NMCSH policy.
    • Keep track of competency evaluation outcomes & performance feedback for training requirements to be shared with the L&D spoke & HR Manager for annual training calendar finalization.
    • Assist and coordinate with department heads to conduct 15 days, six months and annual employee performance appraisal.
    • Provide response to general HR enquiries verbal or written.
    • Maintain routine correspondence and draft appropriate responses.
    • To maintain personnel files in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
    • To coordinate with Corporate HR and other concerned units regarding the recruitment of Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacist, Technicians & other general category staff.
    • Issuing ID Cards, J.D’S, Privileges (if applicable) to the respective staffs.
    • To handle and assist employees with various letters including Confidentiality, Specimen Signature and request salary certificates.
    • Coordinating with Medical Director/HODs and respective Committee members for the MEAD admission process and overseeing on-site proper documentation for medical interns and students at the facility.

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management or its equivalent.

    • Computer skills, including Word and Excel in a Microsoft Windows environment.
    • Minimum two years of Human Resources experience preferably in Healthcare.
    • Good spoken and written English communication skills. Arabic language is advantageous/desirable but not essential.
    • General knowledge of various employment laws and practices of the country.
    • Good interpersonal skills.
    • Skills in database management and record keeping.
    • Able to exhibit a high level of confidentiality.
