Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Insurance Coordinator, based in Rabigh. The Insurance Coordinator will handle insurance-related tasks, including reviewing and processing insurance claims, verifying patient health insurance coverage, and coordinating with insurance providers. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with policies, assisting patients with inquiries related to insurance coverage, and maintaining accurate patient records for insurance purposes.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Insurance and Insurance Claims management
  • Knowledge of Health Insurance policies and procedures
  • Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to analyze and manage documentation
  • Problem-solving abilities and experience with administrative tasks in a healthcare setting
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulations and insurance standards is advantageous
  • High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in healthcare administration or a related field is a plus
