Role Description

This full-time, on-site role based in Abu Dhabi requires an IT Officer to oversee and manage the center's IT infrastructure. The role includes providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, maintaining network and system operations, and ensuring the security and efficiency of IT systems. The IT Officer will also collaborate with staff to address IT needs and implement solutions to improve workflow and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Troubleshooting and providing Technical Support to resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Experience in managing Information Technology systems, including monitoring and updating IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of Network Administration and System Administration, including maintaining servers, networks, and ensuring cybersecurity.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical staff.
• Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Experience in a healthcare or clinical setting is advantageous.
• Experience in ADHICS inspection.
• Experience CYBERSECURITY awareness.
• Experience about AAMEN PORTAL.
• WITH OWN VISA is a plus.
• with AT LEAST 3 or more experience in UAE.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
