IT Support

This is a full-time, on-site IT Support role located in Dubai. The IT Support professional will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and offering Help Desk support across various systems and platforms. Additional responsibilities include maintaining desktop computers, resolving hardware and software issues, and collaborating with team members to deliver efficient and reliable IT solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in Technical Support and Troubleshooting for software and hardware systems
• Proficiency in managing and maintaining Desktop Computers and related IT equipment
• Skills in Information Technology concepts and practices
• Competency in providing excellent Help Desk Support for end-users
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Knowledge of network systems and IT infrastructure is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Support and troubleshoot Odoo ERP modules

• Basic Network Knowledge (DHCP, Printer, WiFi)

• Document IT procedures

• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls.

• Provide technical support for Laptop and Desktop.

• Work with internal teams to gather requirements and improve system workflows.
