IVF Specialist

Position: IVF Specialist (Female – Arabic Speaking)
Location: Ferticlinic Abu Dhabi and Dubai

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced female IVF Specialist who is fluent in Arabic to join our fertility team. The ideal candidate will manage all aspects of in-vitro fertilization (IVF) procedures while providing compassionate, patient-centered care.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and manage infertility cases for both male and female patients.
• Plan and perform IVF, ICSI, embryo transfer, and other related procedures.
• Monitor patient treatment cycles and adjust protocols as needed.
• Collaborate closely with embryologists, nurses, and the fertility team.
• Provide counseling to patients in Arabic on treatment options, success rates, and potential risks.
• Ensure compliance with UAE health authority regulations ( DHA / DOH) and clinic policies.

Requirements

• Female candidate, fluent in Arabic.
• Medical Degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in Reproductive Medicine / IVF.
• Valid or eligible UAE medical license (DHA / DOH).
• More than 5 years of IVF experience in a reputable fertility center.
• Strong knowledge of ART procedures, fertility medications, and protocols.
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
