Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a استقبال (Receptionist) located in Riyadh. The role involves welcoming and guiding visitors, managing front desk operations, scheduling appointments, and answering phone calls. The receptionist will also assist with administrative tasks, maintain records, and ensure smooth communication between departments to support efficient operations.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to provide excellent customer service and handle inquiries professionally
• Ability to manage administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and organizing documents
• Proficiency in using office tools, such as phone systems, email, and basic computer software
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently
• Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required, and proficiency in English is a strong asset
• A welcoming and professional demeanor to create a positive experience for visitors and clients
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certifications in administration or customer service is a bonus
