Paramy Poly Clinic is looking for a full-time Call Center Executive to join our team.

Main Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming phone calls from patients
• Respond to WhatsApp and online inquiries
• Contact and follow up with leads from marketing campaigns
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments
• Follow up with patients regarding their visits and treatments
• Maintain professional and friendly communication with clients

Requirements:

• Fluent English is essential
• Clear and professional English accent
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to handle calls and messages professionally
• Experience in call center or medical clinic is preferred

Salary: AED 3,000 / month
