Position Overview

We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to assist the accounting team with entering and organizing financial data such as invoices, payment records, and supporting documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Enter invoice and financial information into company systems
• Maintain organized digital records of financial documents
• Verify data accuracy and correct any inconsistencies
• Support the accounting team with documentation and record management
• Assist in organizing files for financial reporting and audits
• Ensure confidentiality of financial and company data

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in data entry, administration, or accounting support
• Basic understanding of invoices and financial documentation
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and office tools
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
