Role Description The Laser Technician is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for performing laser hair removal and related procedures in a safe, professional, and client-centered manner. Day-to-day tasks include conducting client consultations, explaining treatment plans, preparing clients for procedures, and operating laser devices according to established protocols. The technician will calibrate and maintain laser equipment, document treatments accurately, and monitor client responses to ensure safety and comfort. The role also involves providing clear aftercare instructions, addressing client questions, and collaborating with other clinical team members to support overall service quality. Consistent adherence to hygiene standards, regulatory requirements, and clinic policies is expected.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Hair Removal and Laser Hair Removal techniques with a strong focus on safety and client comfort.
• Hands-on experience operating Laser devices and equipment; familiarity with Laser Cutting or similar laser technologies is an advantage.
• Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, active listening, and professional client interaction.
• Relevant certification or training in laser procedures, dermatology, aesthetics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of skin types, contraindications, and basic anatomy related to laser treatments.
• Ability to follow clinical protocols, maintain precise documentation, and comply with health and safety regulations.
• Previous experience in a clinic, medical spa, or healthcare setting is preferred.
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai, manage appointment schedules, and collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
