Laser Technician Female

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Female Laser Technician (DOH Licensed) to join our premium aesthetic clinic located in Al Ain. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience in operating various laser machines, performing skin analyses, and delivering high-quality laser procedures. You will work closely with our aesthetic doctors, providing exceptional patient care while ensuring compliance with all DOH safety regulations and clinic protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Laser Procedures: Perform safe and effective laser hair removal, skin rejuvenation, pigmentation removal, and other non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
• Skin Analysis: Conduct detailed skin and hair consultations, analyzing patient skin types (Fitzpatrick scale) to determine appropriate laser settings and treatment plans.
• Machine Operation: Expertly handle, calibrate, and maintain laser machines (e.g., Candela, Cynosure, Alma) according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
• Doctor Assistance: Assist aesthetic doctors during advanced procedures, ensuring smooth operations.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to DOH infection control, sterilization, and safety protocols.
• Patient Education: Provide thorough pre- and post-treatment care instructions, including sun protection and skin care routines.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate patient treatment records, progress notes, and consent forms in electronic health records (EMR).

Requirements

• License: Must possess a valid DOH (Department of Health - Abu Dhabi) license or eligibility as a Laser Technician or Registered Nurse.
• Experience: Minimum 2–5 years of hands-on experience as a Laser Technician in a dermatology or aesthetic clinic, preferably in the UAE
• Education: Diploma in Nursing or certified Laser Technician course approved by DOH.
• Skills: Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and contraindications. Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.
• Candidates: Female candidates preferred due to the nature of treatments.
