We’re seeking an experienced SENCo to drive inclusive practice across our school.
🔹 Lead SEN provision
🔹 Support behavior management (FBA, BIPs)and create IEPs (Individualized Education Programs)
🔹 Guide differentiation, accommodations & inclusion
🔹 Collaborate with staff, therapists & families
🔹 Requirements:
• Degree in Special Education, Psychology, or related field
• Experience in SEN coordination
• Strong leadership & communication skills
