Role Description

The Manager - Dermatology Department will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality patient care, coordinate a skilled team, and manage department workflows. Responsibilities include scheduling, supervising staff, maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations, implementing innovative treatments, and ensuring positive patient experiences. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills with the ability to maintain high satisfaction and address patient needs effectively
• Comprehensive knowledge of Medicine and Dermatology-specific expertise
• Proven Team Leadership experience, including supervising, mentoring, and coordinating staff
• Sales and Training skills to promote services and enhance the capabilities of the dermatology team
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Experience working in high-end healthcare or cosmetic facilities preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare management, medicine, or a related field; a higher degree or certification in dermatology is desirable
• Proficiency in English required; knowledge of Arabic /Russian or other languages is a plus
• Must have experience in an aesthetic department.
