Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Medical Center Operation Manager located in Riyadh. The Medical Center Operation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the medical center, ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining high standards of patient care. The responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing operational processes, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and liaising with stakeholders. The role also involves continuous assessment and improvement of the medical center's performance and patient satisfaction.

• Experience in the healthcare sector in Riyadh or similar contexts is a plus
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is preferred
