Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Medical Coder / Insurance Coordinator to manage medical coding, billing, and insurance-related processes in our clinic. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate coding of medical procedures, efficient claims processing, and smooth coordination with insurance providers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Accurately code patient diagnoses, procedures, and services using ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Prepare and submit insurance claims to various health insurance companies.
• Verify patient insurance coverage and eligibility prior to treatment.
• Follow up on pending or rejected claims and ensure timely reimbursement.
• Maintain patient billing records and insurance documentation.
• Communicate with patients regarding insurance queries and billing issues.
• Assist in reconciling daily billing and reporting to the management team.
• Ensure compliance with local healthcare regulations and insurance policies.
• Support the finance and administrative team with insurance-related reporting.

Requirements:

• UAE Medical Coding / Insurance certification preferred.
• Previous experience in a clinic or hospital setting as a medical coder or insurance coordinator.
• Knowledge of ICD-10, CPT coding, and healthcare billing procedures.
• Strong understanding of UAE health insurance policies and regulations.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and billing software.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently under deadlines.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,500.00 per hour
