Job Summary

FertiClinic Fertilization Centre is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technologist to join our laboratory team. This is an excellent opportunity for an entry-level professional with 1–2 years of experience who is passionate about laboratory services and women's healthcare. Candidates with IVF laboratory experience will be given preference.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Medical Laboratory Science/Technology or equivalent.
• Valid MOH License as a Medical Laboratory Technologist (Required).
• 1–2 years of laboratory experience (Entry Level).
• IVF laboratory experience is preferred but not required.
• Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures, quality control, and infection prevention.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform laboratory testing and specimen processing in accordance with established standards.
• Ensure accurate documentation and reporting of laboratory results.
• Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
• Adhere to laboratory quality assurance, safety, and infection control protocols.
• Assist in maintaining laboratory inventory and documentation.
• Support physicians, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals in delivering quality patient care.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an IVF or fertility clinic is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners are preferred.
