Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Medical Laboratory Technologist located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Medical Laboratory Technologist will perform diagnostic tests, analyze samples, maintain laboratory equipment, and ensure compliance with quality control standards. The role also involves maintaining accurate records, collaborating with healthcare professionals, and contributing to the clinic’s commitment to high-quality medical care.

Qualifications

• Minimum +2 Years in Medical Technology and Laboratory Medicine
• Proficient in Laboratory Skills, including sample testing and data analysis
• Experience in Quality Control practices within laboratory settings
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and communicate effectively with medical staff
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• Experience with ISO 15189 accreditation processes or previous experience in the UAE
• Deep understanding of PCR workflows, calibration troubleshooting, and critical result reporting.
• Valid DHA License
