Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position for a Medical Receptionist at Ultra Care Medical Center in Abu Dhabi. The Medical Receptionist will be responsible for managing appointment scheduling, handling phone communications, performing general receptionist duties, and supporting the smooth operation of the medical office. The role also involves interacting professionally with patients and ensuring an excellent experience at the front desk.

Qualifications

• Arabic language is must
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing calendars for multiple practitioners.
• Excellent Phone Etiquette and strong communication skills to handle inquiries and provide clear information to patients.
• Experience in Receptionist Duties, such as greeting patients, managing check-ins and check-outs, and maintaining a welcoming front desk area.
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and a working understanding of medical office operations.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and office management software.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or medical setting is preferred but not mandatory.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certifications in medical administration are a plus.
