Role Description The Medical Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai. This role involves promoting dermatology, aesthetic, and cosmetic solutions to healthcare professionals and clinics, conducting product presentations, and providing detailed information on medical devices, diagnostics, and technologies. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing a sales territory, scheduling and attending client visits, building and maintaining strong relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The Medical Representative will also provide product training, follow-up support, and coordinate with technical and marketing teams to ensure customer satisfaction. The role requires accurate reporting, market feedback, and participation in conferences, workshops, and promotional events.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated skills in medical sales, account management, and relationship building with healthcare professionals.
• Ability to present complex medical and technical information clearly, including product features, benefits, and usage.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for engaging with diverse clinical and commercial stakeholders.
• Organizational and time management skills for planning visits, managing a territory, and meeting sales and service targets.
• Knowledge or experience in dermatology, aesthetics, or related medical fields is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Nursing, Biomedical Engineering, or Business) preferred.
• Comfort working with CRM tools, basic office software, and digital communication platforms.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Abu Dhabi and, when required, across the UAE.
• Ability to work ethically in line with healthcare regulations and company compliance standards.
