Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Medical Sales Representative with strong knowledge of the UAE healthcare market. The ideal candidate must have an existing network within hospitals, clinics, and medical centers and demonstrate the ability to develop new business opportunities independently.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell medical products to healthcare institutions
  • Develop new client relationships and maintain existing accounts
  • Prepare and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
  • Conduct product presentations and negotiations
  • Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Requirements

  • Minimum 2–3 years UAE medical sales experience
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, results-driven personality
  • Ability to manage projects and sales processes independently
  • UAE driving license preferred

We are specifically looking for a candidate who already has a clear vision and plan for their sales approach, and who is capable of independently managing the entire process — from idea development and market entry strategy to execution and results.

Compensation: Salary + Commission (based on performance)
