Job Title: Newborn Caregiver / Baby Care Assistant

Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate, experienced, and reliable Newborn Caregiver to provide high-quality care for a newborn baby. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the baby’s safety, comfort, hygiene, and overall well-being while supporting the family with newborn care routines.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide full-time care for a newborn baby
• Assist with feeding (breastfeeding support or bottle feeding)
• Perform diaper changes and maintain proper hygiene
• Ensure the baby’s sleep routine is well managed
• Monitor the baby’s health, behavior, and development
• Sterilize feeding bottles and baby equipment
• Bathe and dress the baby safely
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for the baby
• Support the mother with postnatal care (if required)
• Keep records of feeding, sleep, and diaper routines

Requirements

• Proven experience in newborn or infant care
• Certification in caregiving, nursing, or midwifery (preferred)
• Knowledge of newborn care practices and safety standards
• Ability to handle babies with patience, care, and attention
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of first aid and emergency response
• Flexible with working hours (including night shifts if needed)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a nanny, caregiver, or healthcare assistant
• Training in CPR and infant care
• Experience working in homecare or hospital settings
