Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with clinical standards
• Monitor patient conditions and record vital signs
• Administer medications and treatments safely
• Assist physicians during examinations and procedures
• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation
• Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery
• Ensure infection control and safety protocols are followed
• Respond to emergencies and provide urgent care when needed

Most In-Demand Skills

• Patient care and clinical nursing skills
• Knowledge of medication administration & dosage calculations
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR/EHR systems)
• Strong understanding of infection control protocols
• Ability to monitor and interpret vital signs
• Excellent communication and bedside manner
• Team collaboration and adaptability
• Critical thinking and quick decision-making
• Basic life support (BLS) certification (ACLS is a plus)

What We’re Looking For

• Valid nursing qualification (Diploma or Bachelor’s in Nursing)
• Registered Nurse license or eligibility for licensing in Qatar
• Experience in hospital or clinical settings preferred (new graduates welcome to apply)
