Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

About the role

We are hiring experienced, caring nannies to join our Dubai-based team supporting families with newborns, infants and the needs of medical assistance . You will be placed with a vetted family and supported by a dedicated coordinator, a registered nurse, and a doctor on call.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
• Support the mother during post-delivery recovery (light baby-related tasks)
• Prepare baby food and maintain a clean, safe nursery
• Track feeds, sleep, and nappies; share daily updates with the family
• Follow the care plan agreed with the family and our clinical team
• Maintain a professional, calm, and respectful presence in the home
• Support medication reminders only, if permitted by the family or nurse. (The caregiver should not prescribe or change any medicine)
• Follow safety precautions to prevent falls, injuries, infections, or accidents.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of professional nanny or newborn-care experience (agency, hospital, or private family)

• Minimum 2 years of professional nursing assistant experience (agency, hospital, or private family)

• Good spoken English

• Currently in the UAE

• References from previous employers (we will check)

Preferred

• Certified Nursing Assistant/Caregiver

• Newborn Care Specialist, nursing, or early-childhood training

• Experience with twins or premature babies

• First aid / CPR certified
